Windows 11 will automatically add the Search bar to your Taskbar. This can clutter up your Windows Experience. If you want to remove this search bar this page will help!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fix It with CL Debloat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Download CL Debloat here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Downloads in your Browser (Ctrl +J will open the downloads directly) and click the \u201cCLDebloatSetup.exe\u201d file and follow the prompt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Once installed click the CL Debloat icon on the desktop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Under the Visual tab, check the “Hide “Search” from Taskbar” box and click Apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    That’s it! The search icon will be removed from your Taskbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fix It with Windows 11 Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Right-click on an empty space on the taskbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Hover over the Search option at the top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select “Hidden” from the pop out menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Fix It with Registry Editor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click on Search (or Start) of Windows and, “regedit” and select the Register Editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In the top left of the Registry Editor navigate to the following 
        HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Search<\/code><\/pre><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Right-click the Search folder, select to New and choose DWORD (32-bit) Value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Name the key “SearchboxTaskbarMode” and press enter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        The default value for your new key will be “0” which will hide the search bar in the taskbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        How to Restore Search Icon in the Taskbar with CL Debloat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        Using CL Debloat you can easily undo this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Launch CL Debloat and select the Visual Tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Uncheck the “Hide “Search” from Taskbar” option and click Apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          The search icon will be restored to the task bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
          How to Restore the Search icon Using Other Methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          Method 1:<\/strong> You can restore the Search icon in Windows 11 settings using the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
